Are you a passionate individual looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources? Adyogi is seeking a dynamic HR intern to join our team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and learn essential skills in recruitment, employee relations, and training & development.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and updating candidate databases.
Support in onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
Help in organizing training programs and workshops for employees.
Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Support in employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
