Opening: Product Implementation Manager

Location: Ahmedabad (SG Highway), Gujarat


Role Overview

The Implementations Manager will own the end-to-end client onboarding journey—translating business needs into agent configurations, ensuring seamless integration with MRMs, and driving adoption and ROI. You will be the bridge between product, engineering, and client success, ensuring every deployment goes live smoothly, on time, and with measurable outcomes. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Project Management Lead kickoff meetings, define implementation plans, and manage timelines.
  •  Act as the primary point of contact during client implementations. 
  • Agent Configuration & Deployment Configure and customize AI Agents (e.g., Member Concierge, Collections, Click2Save) based on client workflows.

  • Deploy agents across web, mobile, and omnichannel touchpoints.
  •  Coordinate with product and engineering to resolve technical blockers. 
  • Integration Management Oversee integrations with MRMs, CRM, payment gateways, and scheduling tools. 
  • Ensure smooth data flow between client systems and OMAP. 
  • Client Training & Handover Deliver training sessions to client teams on self-service dashboards and analytics. 
  • Provide documentation and SOPs for ongoing agent management. 
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization Define success metrics (e.g., reduced cancellations, collections recovered, improved member engagement). 
  • Monitor analytics dashboards to validate outcomes post-launch. 
  • Recommend optimizations for continued ROI. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, enterprise onboarding, or customer success. 
  • Strong project management skills (Jira/Asana or equivalent).
  • Technical fluency in SaaS integrations (APIs, CRMs, MRMs, payments). 
  • Experience working with AI/automation products (preferred). Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple priorities.
