Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders during implementation. Conduct regular status meetings to provide updates and address concerns. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and deliverables. Team Coordination: Lead implementation teams, ensuring alignment and accountability for tasks.
