We are looking for candidates for System Admin (0.6 to 2Yrs exp) We have our presence in: US India (Ahmedabad, Bangalore) Location : Ahmedabad Website : www.DXFactor.com Designation: System Admin (0.6 to 2Yrs exp) Key Responsibilities · Assist in the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of servers, workstations, and network systems. · Support end-users with hardware, software, and network issues. · Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control via Azure Active Directory and similar platforms. · Install, configure, and update operating systems and software on client and server machines. · Monitor system performance and logs to identify potential issues and resolve them proactively. · Help maintain backup routines, antivirus updates, and patch management. · Participate in hardware inventory management and procurement processes. · Document procedures, solutions, and configurations for knowledge base purposes. · Provide on-call support as needed under supervision. Qualifications Required: · Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems. · Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). · Good understanding of desktop and server hardware components. · Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
