Key Responsibilities

Assist in the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of servers, workstations, and network systems.

Support end-users with hardware, software, and network issues.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control via Azure Active Directory and similar platforms.

Install, configure, and update operating systems and software on client and server machines.

Monitor system performance and logs to identify potential issues and resolve them proactively.

Help maintain backup routines, antivirus updates, and patch management.

Participate in hardware inventory management and procurement processes.

Document procedures, solutions, and configurations for knowledge base purposes.

Provide on-call support as needed under supervision.

Qualifications Required:

Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.

Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Good understanding of desktop and server hardware components.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
