Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and drive the
product vision, strategy, and roadmap

Lead the
end-to-end lifecycle
of fintech products — from ideation, discovery, and MVP definition to scaling and continuous iteration.Drive the
product-market fit process

Team Leadership & Development
Build, mentor, and scale a

customers, partners, and industry stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with
marketing, sales, compliance, and operations
to ensure cohesive product launches and aligned strategic initiatives.Communicate product vision, priorities, and updates clearly across the organization.Serve as a

Qualifications & Skills
7+ years
of progressive experience in product management, including
3+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role

Mandatory startup experience
— proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Mandatory fintech experience
— deep understanding of commodities, climate-tech, financial products, digital payments, lending, wealth management, or related domains.Proven track record of building and scaling
