To support our mission, we are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in renewable energy, particularly solar PV and wind operations. Mission We are seeking an analytical and driven Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performance analysis of solar PV and wind plants, IT project management, and preparing top management and stakeholder presentations. Basic Python skills desirable and a deep understanding of solar PV plant operations is essential. This role will bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives, ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions. Responsibilities Performance Analysis: Analyse the operational performance of solar PV and wind plants to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities. Develop detailed performance reports and dashboards using analytical tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with performance improvement strategies. IT Project Management: Should be experienced with Agile, SCRUM practices. Oversee and manage digital projects related to renewable energy, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and technical specifications. Track project milestones and deliverables while identifying and mitigating risks. Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations for top management and stakeholders. Translate complex technical insights into actionable business strategies. Technical & Analytical Contributions: Utilize basic Python programming skills to support data extraction, analysis, and reporting. Assist in developing and refining operational analytics tools and frameworks. Contribute to the design and implementation of advanced analytics for yield optimization and predictive maintenance. Domain Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for solar PV and/or wind plant operations. Provide insights into asset performance, maintenance strategies, and industry trends. Support digital transformation initiatives within the renewable energy domain. Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have expertise in performance analysis of solar PV and wind plants, IT project management, and preparing top management and stakeholder presentations. Basic Python skills desirable and a deep understanding of solar PV plant operations is essential. Experience: 5-8 years of industry experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Hands-on experience with solar PV and/or wind plant operations and performance analyses. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualisation such as Excel, Quicksight, Tableau, or Power BI. Familiarity with basic Python programming for data manipulation and analysis. Strong understanding of IT project management principles and software tools like Jira or Trello. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams. Preferred Qualifications: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is essential. Post Graduation in Engineering, Science or Mathematics is desirable.
