This role is for TransportOne, our advanced Transportation Management System (TMS) that optimizes FTL and LTL freight through four core capabilities: load planning, procurement, execution, and billing. By automating workflows and integrating seamlessly with carriers, TransportOne reduces costs while enhancing efficiency, visibility, and control.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team. This role will be primarily responsible for data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting to help drive product decisions. The Product Analyst will work closely with product managers, engineering, and customer success management (CSM) to translate data into insights that shape product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards to provide visibility into product performance, user behavior, and operational metrics.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes of issues across product workflows.
• Partner with product managers to define and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Deliver regular reporting on product usage, adoption, and customer engagement.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across dashboards and reports.
• Document analysis results and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product analytics (SaaS / logistics experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Google Big Query, Looker, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
