As a part of Angara E-Commerce Private Limited, a luxury jewellery e-commerce company established in 2007 and a subsidiary of Angara Inc., you will be contributing to the global leadership in handcrafted colored gemstone and diamond jewellery. With a presence in over 65 countries, including the United States, Bangkok, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom, Angara has received numerous accolades and awards for its innovation and excellence in service. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Product Performance & Optimization:** - Take ownership of core product metrics such as engagement, retention, and funnels. - Analyze lead flow, conversions, and channel effectiveness. - Report on campaign effectiveness using marketing tools. - **Analytics & Infrastructure Development:** - Collaborate on designing and executing deep-dive analyses. - Build self-serve analytics infrastructure including dashboards, cohorts, and funnels. - Explore internal and external datasets for optimization and expansion opportunities. - **Customer Insights & Issue Resolution:** - Collect and analyze customer feedback. - Investigate data fluctuations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve identified issues. - **Advanced Analytics & Reporting:** - Lead descriptive and prescriptive analytics, including A/B and multivariate testing. - Create insightful reports. - Experience with NLP and text mining is a plus. - **Strategic Growth & Communication:** - Shape growth strategies from both marketing and operational perspectives. - Decode audience behavior to drive informed decision-making. - Communicate compelling insights and recommendations to diverse audiences, including senior leadership. **The Ideal Candidate:** - **Product Expertise:** - 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or customer experience products. - Deep understanding of product funnels, acquisition sources, user retention, and behavioral analytics. - **Data Analysis & Tools:** - Proficient with tools like Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics. - Advanced Excel skills for analysis and business modeling. - Experience with PowerBI; Tableau and Looker skills are a plus. - **Customer Journey Analysis:** - Skilled in extracting and interpreting data from platforms like Adwords Panel, Meta Panel, and Mailchimp/Klaviyo dashboards. - **Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:** - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - **Statistical Modeling:** - Ability to develop statistical models and cohorts to derive insights. - **Market Research & UX Understanding:** - Solid understanding of market research methodologies and user experience principles. - **Platform Experience:** - Experience with product management and analytics platforms including Jira, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Amplitude. - **Communication & Stakeholder Management:** - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.,
