Role Overview

Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, customer needs, and market trends to support product planning and decision-making.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define, refine, and prioritize product features.
• Translate business and functional requirements into clear product documentation, including user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking, particularly in the

  AI/ML and Generative AI

  space.
• Gather requirements from customers & product demonstrations.
• Collect and analyze product performance data, user feedback, and adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of product features and alignment with business goals.
• Support the development of

  PRDs, BRDs, wireframes, and process flow diagrams

  .
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to product innovation by identifying opportunities in emerging technologies, especially in

  Generative AI applications

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related product-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of

  AI/ML concepts

  and awareness of

  Generative AI use cases, trends, and applications

  .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in documenting functional requirements, use cases, and process flows.
• Familiarity with tools like

  Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau

  (or similar).
• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Good to Have

• Experience in SaaS or AI-driven product organizations.
• Exposure to

  LLMs, vector databases, and chatbot/voicebot solutions

  .
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools or SQL.
• Experience in preparing product demos, training, or customer presentations.
