As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting product strategy and execution by conducting detailed analysis of business requirements, customer needs, and market trends. The ideal candidate should have a background in AI/ML and Generative AI domains, possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements, customer needs, and market trends to support product planning. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define and prioritize product features. - Translate business and functional requirements into clear product documentation. - Perform competitive analysis in the AI/ML and Generative AI space. - Gather requirements from customers, analyze product performance data, and drive continuous improvement. - Support the development of product documentation and process flow diagrams. - Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a related product-focused role. - Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI use cases. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau. - Understanding of agile methodologies. Good to Have: - Experience in SaaS or AI-driven product organizations. - Exposure to LLMs, vector databases, and chatbot/voicebot solutions. - Hands-on experience with data analysis tools or SQL.
