Key Responsibilities

Procurement Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with institutional goals and budgets.
• Create annual procurement plans in collaboration with academic and administrative departments.
• Identify areas for

Vendor & Supplier Management

Qualifications & Required Skills
