Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors, contractors, and material suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Establish and maintain a robust procurement process for project-specific and recurring material requirements.
  • Monitor inventory, delivery schedules, and ensure timely material flow to site teams.
  • Coordinate with design, project management, and finance departments for budget planning and cost control.
  • Maintain vendor performance data, compliance records, and documentation of purchase orders and contracts.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and propose alternatives without compromising design or quality.
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, quality standards, and legal regulations.
  • Generate periodic procurement reports for management review and project audits.
