As a Procurement Executive, you will support the procurement team in sourcing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies. What you'll be doing: Sourcing and Supplier Management: Assist in identifying potential suppliers and vendors. Collect and compare quotations from suppliers to evaluate cost and quality. Purchase Order Management: Prepare and process purchase orders. Ensure timely approval and tracking of orders. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier agreements and invoices. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities. Provide data to support negotiation with suppliers. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs. Maintain professional communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Inventory Support: Assist in inventory management and stock level analysis. Report discrepancies or delays in procurement and delivery. What we're looking for: BBA in Supply Chain Management, or a related field/B.Tech 5-8 years of experience in Procurement. Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain concepts (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
