● Supply Chain Management:

Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to product delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely execution.

Develop and execute supply chain strategies to reduce costs and meet customer demands.

Monitor inventory levels & ensure optimum Inventory levels to meet supply obligations.

● Supplier Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring a reliable supply of raw materials.

Monitor supplier performance, ensuring an on-time delivery rate of over 95% with minimal delays.

Conduct regular strategic meetings with key suppliers (quarterly or annually) to evaluate performance, foster partnerships, and address any issues.

● Tenders:

Analyze the supply situation and gather market intelligence on products before tenders and at all times.

Negotiate the best supply prices, conditions & supply plans with approved vendors to improve outcomes for tender bidding.

Work with vendors to meet tender submission requirements, ensuring compliance & adequate sample coordination for bids before time.

● Procurement and Purchasing:

Execute the purchasing of all FDFs (Finished Dosage Forms) from trusted sources, ensuring quality, price, and timeliness.

Collaborate with vendors to meet tender submission requirements, ensuring adequate sample coordination for bids.

● New Product Development:

Develop and implement strategies for introducing new products and suppliers, reducing risk and maximizing business benefits for each project.

Support strategic projects and partnerships by identifying opportunities for new supplier relationships.

Attend overseas exhibitions and trade shows to identify new business opportunities and expand the supplier network.

● Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, including planning, regulatory, artwork, and design, to resolve any issues related to packaging, artwork, or supply.

Work with CMOs, logistics, and distribution partners to ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customers.

Support demand forecasting and planning processes to improve operational efficiency and meet customer demand.

● Continuous Improvement:

Implement processes to continuously improve procurement and supply chain efficiency.

Collaborate with shipping departments to ensure timely deliveries and optimize shipment arrangements.

Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact procurement or supplier relationships.
