We are a Gurgaon Based leading Recruitment Partner for various reputed MNCs and Indian Corporates engaged in various Sectors on a PAN India basis for over a decade. Presently we are looking for the Spanish Translator for a very large BPO Client as per the below given details. Please apply in confidence.



About the Role



Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):



Responsibilities



  • Develop comprehensive course curriculum to nurture skill growth and knowledge enhancement
  • Customize Training requirements for all employees in Banking Vertical as per the process requirement
  • Able to conduct Pre-process & Process Specific Trainings
  • Conduct timely assessment to evaluate Process Knowledge of all employees
  • Monitor new hire performance during OJT phase for successful Process Certifications
  • Provide Coaching & Feedback to enhance agent performance
  • Report out Post Certification performance to measure training efficiency
  • Conduct and report out PKT’s on a monthly basis
  • Able to communicate with Onsite clients on a need basis for Training/clarification/new process transitions
  • Knowledge of creating Process Maps for new Transitions process is an added advantage
  • Willingness to work in round the clock shift and travel to different location as per business requirement
  • Identify the training needs based upon new updates/system changes
  • Schedule individual and team training on a need basis
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of the new hires to ensure right employees being aligned to the process
  • Maintain Training Records
  • Need to be well-informed of:
  • Good exposure to: data collection, data reporting and data analysis (MIS)
  • Banking & Financial Service which includes:
  • Retail and Commercial Banking
  • Asset & Wealth Management
  • Investment Banking/ Capital Market
  • Process improvement skill



Qualificlients




  • Any graduate
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in Training
  • Minimum 12 months of exposure to MIS & US Banking



Required Skills



  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in team handling preferred
  • Strong organizational and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be a quick learner and adapt to changes
  • Ability to motivate and resolve team grievances



Preferred Skills



  • Computer skills – Microsoft Office; Email Management; MS Visio
  • Good exposure to: data collection, data reporting and data analysis (MIS)
  • Need to be well-informed of Banking & Financial Service which includes:
  • Retail & Commercial Banking
  • Asset & Wealth Management
  • Investment Banking/ Capital Market
  • Process improvement skills
  • Experience in developing training modules for US-based clients
