We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer – BPO to join our team at Globiva. If you’re passionate about training & coaching people to deliver excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

🔷 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver new hire training, daily assessments, mock calls & OJT support.

• Design & maintain training materials, trackers, questionnaires & reports.

• Train on customer service skills – empathy, problem-solving & customer-centricity.

• Conduct refresher trainings, TNI, supervisor meets & calibration sessions.

• Monitor & evaluate performance, and share feedback & improvement plans.

• Drive floor readiness through pre & post-shift briefings, PKT, gamification & dip checks.

• Collaborate with Operations, Quality & SMEs to address training needs & process updates.

🔷 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a BPO Process Trainer.

• Strong facilitation, communication & presentation skills.

• Hands-on with MIS, training calendars, batch tracking & reporting.

• Ability to motivate trainees & improve floor performance.
