About Us:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Process Excellence Manager with a strong functional background in risk management, compliance, and regulatory audits. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed problem-solver committed to driving process excellence, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring rigorous adherence to all compliance and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance & Risk Adherence:

  Ensure strict adherence to all compliance, risk, and regulatory guidelines, mitigating potential issues and maintaining high standards.

• Process Excellence:

  Drive continuous improvement across assigned projects by identifying process gaps, suggesting improvements in technology and methodology, and implementing best practices.

• Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to lead and present findings in client and stakeholder discussions, managing expectations and providing regular project updates.

• Analytical Insight:

  Perform detailed data analysis to support strategic decision-making, identify key trends, and uncover areas for improvement.

• Collaborative Approach:

  Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and foster a culture of quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Education & Experience:

  Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in implementing LEAN Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV).

• Certifications:

  Six Sigma Green Belt certified (certification is essential).

• Domain Expertise:

  Specific experience in risk, compliance, and regulatory audits (not transactional audits).

• Regulatory Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of key regulations including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

• Quality Tools:

  Understanding and experience with risk management and quality tools (FMEA, Fishbone, 7 QC Tools, MP tools).

• Technical Proficiency:

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with creating compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
