Process Excellence

As a member of the Delivery Assurance Team at GlobalLogic, your role involves driving process improvement initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery in various industries such as High-Tech, communication, media, healthcare, retail, and telecom. You will be responsible for implementing Agile methodologies, conducting process audits, and leading quality control processes to deliver high-quality solutions to global clients. - Drive change and process improvement initiatives within the organization - Implement Agile methodologies for project management - Manage project delivery and ensure successful implementation - Implement tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps for efficient project execution - Analyze measurements and metrics to track project progress and quality - Conduct process audits and engineering reviews to maintain quality standards - Review proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and Health Assessment reports - Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and action planning to address project issues effectively Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in cMMi, Audit Approach, Metrics Analysis, Risk Management, Estimation, Scrum/Agile, and SonarQube methodologies - Experience in driving process improvement initiatives and project management - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse team - Knowledge of quality control processes and software quality plans,
