We Are Hiring 1 PC Per Function

  • Digital Marketing – Manage campaigns, content calendars, and creative deliverables.
  • Sales – Ensure lead follow-ups, team reporting, and sales operations efficiency.
  • Clinic Operations – Oversee day-to-day clinic activities, patient flow, and staff coordination.
  • Post-Op – Drive post-surgery follow-ups, patient engagement, and review collection.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Task & Workflow Management

  • Maintain daily and weekly trackers for all tasks in your department.
  • Add new tasks, assign ownership, and ensure timely updates.
  • Identify bottlenecks, delays, or quality issues and escalate quickly.

2️⃣ Team Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Conduct daily check-ins with team members to ensure timely delivery.
  • Send reminders and follow-ups to avoid missed deadlines.
  • Schedule team meetings, take meeting notes, and share action items.

3️⃣ Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for department heads and management.
  • Track task completion vs. deadlines and audit output quality.
  • Maintain clean documentation for all tasks, updates, and escalations.

4️⃣ Process Monitoring & Improvement

  • Monitor team productivity and ensure process compliance.
  • Suggest workflow optimizations to make teams more efficient.
  • Be the bridge between leadership and team members, providing clarity and accountability.

Function-Specific Examples

  • Digital Marketing PC:
    • Ensure all YouTube videos, Reels, ad creatives, and blogs are produced and posted on time.
    • Coordinate between writers, editors, designers, and ad managers.
    • Maintain content calendars and share weekly marketing performance reports.
  • Sales PC:
    • Track daily lead follow-up and sales conversion performance.
    • Coordinate with dialer managers, CRM managers, and sales leads.
    • Ensure data hygiene and reporting compliance in CRM.
  • Clinic Operations PC:
    • Coordinate patient appointments, OT readiness, and staff schedules.
    • Track daily operations and inter-department workflows.
    • Share clinic performance and patient flow reports with management.
  • Post-Op PC:
    • Ensure patients receive follow-ups, medicines, and support on time.
    • Track review collection, photos, and video testimonials.
    • Coordinate with post-op teams, photographers, and CRM for complete patient engagement.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of operations, project coordination, or process management experience (healthcare or startups preferred).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in execution.
  • Strong follow-up and accountability management skills.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and task management tools.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to multi-task across teams and meet tight deadlines.
