As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the forward-looking strategy and execution of Solutions Agent, ensuring we unlock value for our customers from day 1. You will work with all the cross functional teams, identify top customer pain points in onboarding and setup today, explore potential solutions leveraging a combination of automation, AI and agentic AI to drastically reduce the customer fiction and turn that into delight. What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a Principal Product Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining and executing successful product strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of platform services, APIs, and ecosystem development.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Experience exploring and adopting new technologies to drive significant business impact.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
