7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role.5+ years of hands-on experience with Actimize modules.Strong domain knowledge of Financial Crime and ComplianceExperience in setting up and managing test environments, test data, and automation tools is a plus.Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).Previous experience with Sell side Capital Market firms like Broker – Dealers will be an added plusExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for Actimize implementations, including Test Strategy, Planning, Execution, and Reporting.Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, developers, and business users to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases.Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts in alignment with functional and regulatory requirements.Oversee functional, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for Actimize modules (e.g., CDD, SAM, Act one).Coordinate defect management including logging, tracking, root cause analysis, and closure of issues.Ensure compliance with customer specified quality standards as well as regulatory standards during all testing phases.Mentor and supervise the test team, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Prepare test summary reports and contribute to go/no-go decisions for project releases.Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and automation practices (where applicable).
