Role: Presales Manager- Commercial Job Location: Noida (WFO) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Manager to lead strategic sales pursuits and proposal efforts for IT and digital transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in bid management, solutioning, client engagement, and cross-functional coordination to drive deal success across industry sectors such as BFSI, Hi-Tech, and Communications. Role Designing and operationalizing a pre-sales function that supports key industry verticals, solution areas, and regions Ensuring deep expertise, responsiveness, and tailored support for our sales teams Streamlining and Scaling Proposal, RFP, and Bid Orchestration Leading requirements gathering, discovery, and needs analysis Crafting compelling win themes, differentiation, and proof points Aligning solutions with core marketing messages and positioning Collaborating with solution architects and SMEs for best-fit solutions Lead the end-to-end pursuit process including opportunity assessment, stakeholder alignment, win theme creation, proposal writing, and strategic solutioning. Collaborate with client service teams, sales leads, and delivery heads to identify client-specific needs and develop tailored, value-driven proposals (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs). Facilitate client discovery workshops and drive development of storyboards, executive summaries, pricing strategies, and solution architecture. Own and manage proposal lifecycles across multiple regions, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely submission. Maintain and update a central repository of past proposals, oral presentations, case studies, and white papers to support future pursuits and knowledge management. Coordinate with internal teams—technical, legal, finance, and operations—for seamless proposal development and resource alignment. Analyze win/loss data, conduct retrospectives, and refine pursuit strategies to enhance future win rates. Mentor and onboard new presales team members through training, shadowing, and knowledge sharing.
