Role summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant to partner with our sales and product teams and engage with prospective clients. The role involves understanding customer requirements, showcasing how our product delivers business value, building impactful proposals, and ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams. This is a strategic, customer-facing role that directly supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Discovery

• Work with Sales / Business Development teams to qualify and understand opportunities.

• Conduct discovery calls, workshops, and product demonstrations to capture customer needs and pain points.

• Analyze current-state processes and map future-state requirements.

Solution Demonstration & Value Mapping

• Align client requirements with our product’s capabilities or customized solutions.

• Present value propositions, business benefits, ROI, and key differentiators.

• Create and deliver solution overviews, PoCs, and product demos.


Proposal Development & Objection Handling

• Develop detailed business/technical proposals and solution architecture summaries.

• Address functional, technical, and business queries from customers with credible and data-backed responses.

• Provide case studies, references, and proof points when required.

Market & Competitive Insights

• Stay updated on GxP trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.

• Use insights to refine solution positioning and strengthen sales narratives.

Sales Enablement

• Contribute to the development of sales collateral such as presentations, white papers, ROI calculators, and customer success stories.

• Support internal teams with product knowledge and pitch improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent.

• 0–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales (Freshers eligible).

• Strong understanding of software systems, business processes, and solution workflows.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

• Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
