Job Description

Role Overview: As a Presales Consultant at Wipro, you will be responsible for driving the Service Line pre sales team in supporting the Sales team for one or more Verticals by creating the right solutions for identified opportunities as well as assisting in identifying and closing new opportunities. Your objective will be to enable the sales effort by driving the team to create solutions that address customer requirements for one or more Verticals. You will also be accountable for competency development of the team, revenue and order book growth for the vertical, and certain delivery parameters. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales strategy planning for the Service Line towards the respective vertical - Align the presales structure and goals of the team with the sales strategy - Provide a presales perspective during the account planning sessions - Structure large / medium complexity deals from financial, delivery, solution perspectives - Contribute to decisions on the pricing model for the deal if required - Conduct impact analysis by considering different variables - Decide on alliance / partnerships required to execute the deal at a global level - Identify win themes and create a winning proposition - Provide insights during the solution generation process - Ensure alignment with customer requirements - Present / defend the solution / proposal in front of the prospective client - Showcase Wipro's recommended solution as a strategic fit with the customer's business - Ensure effective transition of successful deals to the delivery teams - Ensure compliance to various terms and standards - Determine pricing model for single Service Line deals - Collaborate with BFMs to determine deal margins - Review work done by the team for customer visits and provide guidance - Get involved in presentations and interactions for critical customers - Negotiate with the customer to accommodate interests - Maintain customer relationships through regular planned interactions - Ensure sales team gets necessary support from Pre-Sales teams while pursuing qualified leads - Lead client presentations / workshops involved in demand generation effort Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Proven experience in presales, sales, or related field - Strong understanding of technology solutions and services - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Note: Applications from people with disabilities are explicitly welcome.,
