Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Manager to manage lead engagement, customer communication, and site visit coordination for our residential luxury apartment projects. This is an individual contributor role with no team-handling responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in real estate pre-sales and the ability to deliver a refined and high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion

Handle incoming leads generated from marketing campaigns, property portals, and referrals.

Conduct detailed qualification calls to understand customer needs and match them with project offerings.

Provide complete project information including pricing, amenities, location advantages, and unit availability.

Customer Engagement & Follow-Up

Maintain consistent and high-quality follow-ups with prospective buyers.

Address customer queries promptly through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Engage customers with professionalism suited to luxury residential projects.

Site Visit Coordination

Fix and schedule site visits aligned with customer preferences.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth, personalized, and premium site visit experiences.

PostSite Visit Follow-Up

Conduct structured follow-ups after site visits to understand feedback and move customers toward booking.

Share customer insights with the sales team to help guide closing strategies.

CRM & Reporting

Update all customer interactions, lead stages, and site visit details accurately in the CRM.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

Cross-Department Coordination

Coordinate with marketing teams for lead feedback and campaign effectiveness.

Share inventory updates and customer expectations with the sales team.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in any discipline.

3 - 5 years of experience in real estate pre-sales (mandatory).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong experience in dealing with high-intent and premium-segment customers.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management applications.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
