Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including market expansion and brand positioning.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching.
Build and manage the sales pipeline, oversee B2B/B2C sales activities, and analyse sales performance against market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and channel partners.

Preferred candidate profile

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, lead generation, and advertising.
Develop and maintain sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements (e.g., RERA).
Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
Manage customer experience throughout the sales cycle and oversee negotiations.

Essential skills and qualifications

Proven track record in real estate sales and leadership.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and dynamics.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
