Role & responsibilities Identify and generate leads in the C&I solar segment (industrial units, warehouses, commercial buildings, MSMEs, institutions, etc.) Conduct site visits, load analysis, and preliminary assessments. Promote solar rooftop and ground-mounted solutions aligned with Tata Power standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, consultants, and corporate client Prepare proposals, presentations, and financial justifications (ROI, payback, savings). Work with the technical team for customized solar solution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track market trends and competitor activities. Preferred candidate profile Graduate/Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) 14 years of experience in solar sales/marketing (C&I experience preferred Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills Basic understanding of solar plant design and financial modeling Ability to travel for client meetings
