Pre-Sales Engineer

Role Overview: As a Pre-Sales Engineer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and support to the sales team in order to secure new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to gain an understanding of customer requirements and business challenges. Your role will also involve conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing and delivering customized solutions that meet the specific needs of customers, as well as preparing technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend customer requirements and business challenges. - Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients. - Develop and deliver customized solutions that align with customer needs. - Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation. - Serve as a technical advisor for customers, addressing queries and concerns. - Work closely with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback. - Assist in proof-of-concept (PoC) development and testing. - Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings. - Support post-sales teams in project handovers and initial implementation phases. - Establish strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role. - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly solutions. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience with CRM and sales tools is a plus. - Willingness to travel as needed.,
