Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, preparing solution proposals, and ensuring client requirements are well understood and addressed.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with customers, sales managers, and technical teams to deliver solutions in CCTV/Camera Systems, IT infrastructure, ITS, and related technologies.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to sales teams on product capabilities and applications.
Prepare comprehensive solution proposals that meet client requirements and align with company offerings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales or a related field, preferably in the security or technology sector.
Strong knowledge of CCTV/Camera Systems, IT infrastructure, ITS, and related technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
Ability to prepare detailed solution proposals and presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
