PowerPoint Specialist / Presentation Designer
Job SummaryWe're hiring talented PowerPoint Specialists to create visually compelling and professional presentations from provided scripts. This is a great opportunity for creative individuals who excel at translating written content into engaging visual slides, research design references, and craft presentations that captivate audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Content to Design ConversionTransform scripts into presentations: Receive comprehensive scripts and convert them into well-structured, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations
Develop slide layouts: Create compelling slide designs that match the narrative flow of the provided script
Design hierarchy: Organize content logically with appropriate headings, bullet points, and visual elements
Maintain flow: Ensure smooth transitions between slides that align with the script's messaging
Visual Research & Reference Collection: Explore design assets: Search and source reference materials from:
Freepik (vectors, illustrations, stock images)
Envato Elements (templates, graphics, video footage)
Other premium asset libraries (Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay, etc.)
Compile mood boards: Create visual reference collections that inform design decisions
Source video references: Find reference videos for animations, transitions, and motion graphics inspiration
Copyright compliance: Ensure all assets used comply with licensing and can be legally incorporated
Design & FormattingApply brand consistency: Maintain color schemes, typography, and design guidelines throughout presentations
Create graphics & infographics: Design charts, diagrams, and visual representations of data
Icon & illustration integration: Incorporate appropriate icons and custom illustrations to enhance message delivery
Master slide templates: Develop and refine reusable master slide templates for consistency
Technical ExecutionGoogle Sheets integration: Work efficiently with Google Sheets for data-driven presentations (if required)
PowerPoint/Google Slides proficiency: Execute designs with technical precision using industry-standard software
Animation & transitions: Apply subtle animations and transitions that enhance rather than distract
Output optimization: Prepare presentations in required formats and resolutions
Quality Assurance & RevisionProofread carefully: Check for spelling, grammar, and consistency errors
Align with script: Ensure every slide accurately reflects the provided script content
Client feedback integration: Revise and iterate based on feedback from clients or team leads
Deadline management: Deliver high-quality work within established timelines
Required Skills & QualificationsEssential Technical SkillsPowerPoint/Google Slides expertise: Advanced proficiency in creating professional presentations
Visual design skills: Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Graphic design software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
Data visualization: Ability to transform data and complex information into clear, compelling visuals

Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Presentation Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
