Project & Program Governance
- Standardization: Establishing and maintaining standardized project management methodologies, templates, processes, and tools (e.g., for reporting, risk management).
- Compliance: Ensuring projects comply with internal business standards, client contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Developing and managing project status reports, dashboards, and Management Information System (MIS) reports for leadership and stakeholders. This includes ensuring data quality and preparation of multi-project reports.
- Change Control: Supporting the Change Control Process to manage and track scope changes effectively.
Financial & Resource Management
Budget Oversight: Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenditures, and supporting financial forecasts and reporting.Creating Monthy InvoicesResource Management: Overseeing and monitoring project resource and time tracking processes, managing resource requisitions, and coordinating staffing (on-boarding/off-boarding) with staffing partners and project teams.Logistics: Managing space, infrastructure, and other logistical requirements for project teams.
Stakeholder and Team Support
- Communication: Facilitating clear and effective communication between project managers, cross-functional teams, clients, and senior executives.
- Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, and post-mortems. Upgrade agreements.
- Collaboration: Working closely with Project Managers and Client Delivery Executives to support account operations and maintain a healthy project pipeline.
- Risk & Issue Management: Supporting the project team in identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks and issues.
Technical & Hard Skills
- Project Management Methodologies: Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Data Tools: Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify deviations and recommend countermeasures.
