Overview Of The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO support analyst to assist in the governance, reporting, and coordination of a large-scale controls testing programme that underpins the group SOX reporting requirements. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within a fast-paced, global finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking important achievements within the internal controls transformation workstreams.
- Support in governance around the test full year test plan, management of master data in test tooling.
- Manage tracking of cross functional work between ICA team, ICT team external auditors and broader stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and consolidating testing status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Support responding to ad hoc reporting request and status queries
- Take minutes, track action items, and maintain up-to-date project documentation to support audit readiness and control compliance.
- Assist in managing core operational data in test management system including monitoring data integrity and when issues are identified taking corrective action
- Manage the ICFR mailbox -one of the main contact channels for the testing programme
- Coordinate cross-functional program reporting (and analysis) framework that manages the cross-divisional portfolio and supports key collaborators in making informed decisions.
- Work with teams across the group to ensure change is effectively embedded where necessary.
TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a PMO support role, ideally in Change Management business and/or a federated operating model.
- Experience with projects using different methodologies, such as Agile or waterfall techniques.
- Basic understanding of finance, internal controls, or compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, COSO).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Strong analysis and problem resolution skills.
