Gemini Foods products are manufactured on a first of its kind fully automated plant based out of Gosainganj, the equipment for which was imported from Germany. Our brand is focused on providing healthy, hygienic and tasty products to our customers. Currently we service 36+ SKUs in the category of Breads, Buns and Rusks. Gemini Foods is the flagship brand of the UP based Sahu Group. Established in 1969, Sahu Group is one of the largest business conglomerates in the state of UP. It has a diversified presence in fields like Hotels, Automobiles, Entertainment, Digital Color Labs, Marketing and Distribution of Electronics and Consumer Durables, Real Estate and Infrastructure Development. The group currently employs more than 2500 people.
1. Performance management and communication with the Factory Employees
- Tracking the time clocked of employees on the factory floor including absenteeism
- Issuing different letters to the manpower
- Staying in constant contact with the factory employees to address their concerns and challenges if any
2. Payroll Management-
- Wage, salary process and administration(billing workers, apprentices and contract employees)
3. Statutory Compliance
- PF- ECR generation, UAN generation, UAN activation & KYC, Form 11 and Withdrawal form
- EPF, ESIC, PCB, Fire and others, if any
- Statutory Compliances relevant to the factory: Ensuring compliance with Labour Laws, Factories Act and Industrial Disputes Act
4. General Admin
- Pantry, Mess Management
- Hospitality
5. HR Policy Review & implementation.
6. Vendor Management
- Security Agencies, Tea & Coffee Vendors, Housekeeping Agencies, Pest Control.
7. Manpower - Contractor Deployment & Monitoring.
8. Company Hiring
- Hiring for various positions related to Quality, MEP, Accounts or Production as well as ITI professionals for Apprenticeship in the Organization.
9. Liaison with Govt. Department
- Liaisoning with the Labor Office, EPF, ESIC, Weight & Measurement, Statistics Dept, Fire Department & Others.
10. Handover of Company Assets
- Ordering & Issuance of ID Cards, Uniform and other assets of the Company to be given to employees at the time of joining.
-Handing over of CUG Sim Cards to the new joiners, also coordinating with the service provider in case of any issue faced by the employee in terms of network connectivity or data.
11. Prepare detailed file regarding the Current Manpower, Attrition rate, Contact Details and numbers of various people in the organization with Designation, Total number of CUG connections distributed, Every 3 Months Attendance analysis report to be shared for all departments, Share the report of late comers on 3 months basis, Total leave balance of the employees to be shared on a monthly basis.
12. Employee Engagement and Satisfaction
- Employee Engagement Activities to be proposed and discussed with Management.
- Employee Satisfaction Survey to be designed and implemented.
13. Other Miscellaneous work related to HR, being required from time to time by Management.
