As a Plant HR at Wooden Street, your role is crucial in ensuring adherence to labor laws, including the compliance with the Factory Act, PF Act, ESIC Act, and minimum wage regulations. Your responsibilities will involve keeping track of statutory deadlines, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records with timely updates. You will also be responsible for handling employee documentation such as contracts, ID proofs, and attendance tracking. In this role, you will play a key part in resolving employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment. Additionally, you will support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs to enhance the overall employee experience. Your contribution in executing HR policies and practices aligned with organizational goals will be essential for the smooth functioning of the HR department. This is a full-time position based on a day shift schedule at our in-person work location.
