Plant HR

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to HR operations in a plant setting. Your key responsibilities will include: - Tracking daily attendance, shift rosters, and leave records for plant employees. - Assisting in maintaining time office records and ensuring accuracy. - Assisting in the recruitment process for plant roles like operators, helpers, and supervisors. - Conducting joining formalities, collecting documents, and creating employee files. - Supporting in induction and initial orientation for new employees. - Being the first point of contact for plant staff queries or concerns. - Supporting in managing discipline, attendance issues, and basic grievance handling. - Maintaining good communication between management and plant teams. - Maintaining employee data for PF, ESIC, and other compliance requirements. - Coordinating with HR consultants or accounts for statutory submissions. - Keeping registers and files updated as per the Factory Act. - Preparing basic HR reports such as attendance summary, new joiners, attrition, etc. - Coordinating with the central HR for updates, forms, or system entries.
