To manage and support all plant-level human resource functions including recruitment,
Statutory compliance, , Industrial relations, Manpower Planning , Compliances, Training & Development, Administration, HR Policies & Documentation, generalist HR activities, Employee engagement thereby ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations.
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Collaborate with plant/function heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source and screen candidates for blue-collar and staff positions.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final rounds with relevant HODs.
Liaise with recruitment agencies and external vendors when needed.
Drive onboarding and induction of new hires at the plant.
2. Statutory Compliance & IR Support
Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor law regulations (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.).
Maintain statutory records, register and liaise with government authorities.
overseeing the Industrial Relations and manage discussions with all regulatory bodies
Ensure statutory compliances and provide Administrative support for both plants
Renewal of Agreements pertaining to both plants
Responsibility of liaison with Govt. authorities for compliances.
3. Compliances - Compliance Documentation Maintain statutory registers, monitor contractor compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, GST, MLWF), prepare MIS reports, and ensure ISO documentation and audit readiness.
4. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
Conduct site-level training on safety, compliance, and behavioural aspects.
Maintain training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness records.
5. Administration
Oversee day-to-day administration of the plant including housekeeping, security, and facility
management.
Coordinate with vendors and other services.
Monitor and control admin-related budgets and expenditures.
6. HR Generalist Activities
Maintain and manage employee life cycle processes onboarding to exit.
Manage time office functions including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and implementation at plant level.
Grievance handling and basic employee counselling at the plant.
Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
7. HR Policies & Documentation
Formulate, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, records, and reports.
Prepare HR dashboards, monthly reports, and data analysis for management review.
8. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Drive employee welfare and engagement programs at the plant.
Celebrate events.
Conduct HR awareness sessions (PoSH, Code of Conduct, safety, etc.).
