Financial Management: Develop and manage the operational budget in collaboration with the Associate Dean- LTC, Farm manager, CFO, and management. Oversee financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in collaboration with the Dean. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and optimize financial performance. Facility Management: Ensure the LTC facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Oversee safety and security protocols, ensuring a safe environment for staff and participants. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners, contributors, and participants. Represent the Centre at public events and community meetings. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning process, aligning operational activities with the LTCs long-term vision.
