The Senior Engineer Maintenance is responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities within the Autotex Aquamatik Division. This role ensures high equipment uptime, reliability of power and utility systems, and compliance with statutory and safety standards. The incumbent will lead a team of maintenance personnel, implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, and support the commissioning of new machinery to meet operational and production goals efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all plant equipment and machinery. Ensure high uptime for production machinery to meet production schedules and targets. Respond promptly to breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime. Develop, implement, and manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules. Ensure uninterrupted power supply and efficient functioning of power systems and utilities (e.g., STP). Maintain safe layouts and ensure safety fixtures are installed on all pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment. Adhere to statutory compliance for mechanical and electrical systems including cranes, lifts, and conveyors. Maintain and update architectural and routing diagrams of utility systems (gas, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic). Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, particularly in IMD machines. Address stress-in-motion and quality control issues through maintenance interventions. Delegate and supervise maintenance tasks across shifts efficiently. Train and develop maintenance team to enhance technical skills and operational readiness. Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new machinery and small-scale projects. Ensure ISO/OSHA compliance and maintain maintenance documentation for audit purposes. Ensure compliance with EB statutory norms and regulations. The Product Development & Industrial Engineer Assembly is responsible for supporting new product development activities, coordinating with R&D and Tool Room teams, improving assembly processes, reducing cycle times, and enhancing productivity. The role will also support the setup of assembly lines, conduct time studies, eliminate non-value-added activities, and ensure smooth transition from product development to production. Responsibilities and Scope of Work: Assist in the development of new products in coordination with the Product Development and R&D teams. Participate in new product trials and provide Technical feedback. Handle product functional requirements and translate them into production specifications. Conduct time and motion studies to determine standard cycle times. Identify and eliminate non-value-added (NVA) activities. Implement Lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
