1. Attendance & Payroll Support
Track daily attendance, shift rosters, and leave records for plant employees.
Verify and share payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and leave details with the HR and accounts team.
Help in maintaining time office records and ensuring accuracy.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in hiring for plant roles like operators, helpers, and supervisors.
Conduct joining formalities, collect documents, and create employee files.
Support in induction and initial orientation for new employees.
3. Employee Relations & Discipline
Be the first point of contact for plant staff queries or concerns.
Support in managing discipline, attendance issues, and basic grievance handling.
Maintain good communication between management and plant teams.
4. Statutory & Compliance Support
Maintain employee data for PF, ESIC, and other compliance requirements.
Coordinate with HR consultants or accounts for statutory submissions.
Keep registers and files updated as per the Factory Act.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Prepare basic HR reports (attendance summary, new joiners, attrition, etc.).
Coordinate with the central HR for updates, forms, or system entries.
