Role Overview

Plant HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end HR operations

  for the Rajkot plant.
• Lead

  recruitment and manpower planning

  in coordination with functional heads.
• Oversee

  employee engagement, grievance handling, and industrial relations

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  labour laws, factory laws, and statutory requirements

  (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Contract Labour).
• Drive

  performance management system (PMS)

  , appraisals, and career development.
• Conduct

  training & development programs

  to enhance workforce capability.
• Handle

  payroll coordination, HRIS, and employee records

  .
• Liaise with government authorities and maintain harmonious

  union/worker relations

  (if applicable).
• Support management in

  HR strategy implementation

  at the plant level.
• Generate and share regular

  HR MIS and reports

  with corporate HR.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  labour laws, statutory compliance, and factory regulations

  .
• Experience in

  manufacturing / FMCG / food processing industries

  preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage

  blue-collar and white-collar workforce

  effectively.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office and HRMS tools

  .

Reporting To: Head HR / Plant Head

Salary: As per industry standards
