Main responsibilities
a. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees & retention
b. Oversee employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, in compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
c. Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards governing employment practices, health, safety, and environmental requirements
d. Focus on Manager effectiveness, competency management, employee engagement & Performance culture
e. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including personnel files, attendance records, and HRIS data, to support reporting and audit requirements.
