As a Plant HR at Wooden Street, your role involves ensuring adherence to labor laws, including maintaining compliance with the Factory Act, PF Act, ESIC Act, and minimum wage regulations. You will be responsible for keeping track of statutory deadlines and preparing the necessary documentation. Your tasks will include maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring timely updates, handling employee documentation such as contracts, ID proofs, and attendance tracking. Additionally, you will assist in resolving employee grievances, maintaining a positive work environment, supporting employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs, and executing HR policies and practices aligned with organizational goals.
