Job Description

Hi Aspirants,

Plant HR professional

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee
end-to-end HR operations
at the plant.
Handle
contract labour management
including attendance, compliance, and vendor coordination.
Administer
payroll activities
, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Maintain strong
industrial relations (IR)
and effectively handle
union matters
.
Ensure compliance with all
labour laws and statutory requirements
.
Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management at the plant level.
Coordinate with the corporate HR team for HR policies, audits, and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Female candidates only

Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / IR / Personnel Management.
5 to 10 years of experience in
plant HR functions
within a
manufacturing setup
.
Hands-on experience in
contract labour management, union negotiations, and payroll processing
.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
