Plant HR professional
The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between corporate HR and the plant team, fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the plant, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviews, and selection.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees and trainees.
- Collaborate with corporate HR to align hiring with organizational needs.
2. Employee Engagement & Communication
- Design and implement engagement activities to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and welfare initiatives.
- Foster healthy communication channels between employees, line managers, and management.
3. Performance Management & Development
- Facilitate goal-setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.
- Support identification of training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Partner with line managers to drive capability-building programs.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS data.
- Ensure statutory compliance under labor laws and liaise with government authorities as required.
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave administration.
5. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and manpower cost.
- Present insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
6. Policy Implementation & Process Improvement
- Implement HR policies and procedures in line with company and statutory guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes for better efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a
manufacturing or plant environment
