Job Description

As a Plant HR at Sunguvarchatram location, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources functions within the plant. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues - Manage the recruitment and selection process - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field - Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive - Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills You will be part of a company that provides food and transportation benefits and works in an in-person setting. English language proficiency is preferred for this role.,
