Role Overview: As a Plant HR professional in our giant steel manufacturing industry, your role will be crucial in overseeing all aspects of HR management, industrial relations, and admin activities. Your strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations will be essential in ensuring legal compliance and fostering a positive work environment.
