Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Serve as the HR lead at the plant, managing both staff and contract workforce.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (Factories Act, CLRA, ESI, PF, etc.).
Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and workforce administration.
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintain employeemanagement relations.
Coordinate with contractors/agencies for contract labour management and compliance.
Drive employee engagement, productivity, retention, training, and welfare initiatives.
Oversee audits, inspections, and liaise with statutory/labour authorities.
Provide leadership with workforce insights through reports and dashboards.
