Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Serve as the HR lead at the plant, managing both staff and contract workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (Factories Act, CLRA, ESI, PF, etc.).
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and workforce administration.
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintain employeemanagement relations.
  • Coordinate with contractors/agencies for contract labour management and compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement, productivity, retention, training, and welfare initiatives.
  • Oversee audits, inspections, and liaise with statutory/labour authorities.
  • Provide leadership with workforce insights through reports and dashboards.
