Assistant Manager - HR

Assistant Manager HR will be reporting to Sr. Manager HR & Admin.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing
• Distributing the salary & salary slip
• Salary Accounts opening for new joiners in Canara bank
• EPF & ESI Online remittance
• Handling EPF Claims settlement, Transfers, Nominations, and other works
• Distributing Appraisal form on Monthly basis, collecting the performance rating and summarizing the same.
• Administering employee engagement activities Collecting monthly award details & co coordinating for celebration.
• Maintain / Update leave Records
• Maintain / Update employee database
• Time office function and Attendance records
• Assisting Sr. Manager Human Resources in staff events and other activities
• Sending daily attendance / Leave and Absenteeism details
• OT Statement preparation on daily basis
• Processing Loan/Advance received from employee for further approval
• IF records are updating
• Issue of Employee ID Cards and business cards to new joiners as per Policy
• Preparation of Offer / Appointment Order / Agreement
• Reports preparation as and when require
• Ensuring Usage of PPE
• Preparation of weekly wages statement.
• Shop floor visit & needs to address Grievance
• Counselling employees not following PPE & regular absenteeism.

Authorities

• To take disciplinary action against absenteeism or long leave, subject to approval from the Departmental Head/Management.
• To follow HR Policy
• Working as per safe practices and procedures in the factory.

Req:

MBA

Minimum 5+ years' experience in PLANT HR
