Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Post job openings on job portals and screen resumes
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Manage onboarding formalities and induction programmes.

2. Employee Engagement

Support implementation of employee welfare activities
Organize events, celebrations, and engagement programmes.
Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution

3. HR Operations & Documentation

Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Generate and issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, etc.

4. Training & Development

Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
Collect feedback and assist in evaluating training effectiveness

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of labor laws and HR practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Good organizational and time-management skills

Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in HR/business administration
2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role (manufacturing/industrial experience preferred)
Familiarity with HR systems and processes
